LEAD PASTOR

Chris is an ordained pastor serving in the Wesleyan church for over 25 years. Her life experiences have shaped the way she does ministry and formed how she sees people: infinitely loved, forgiven, and redeemed by Jesus. She endeavors to live in such a way that people see Jesus and know they, too, can have a relationship with Him.

Andrew Cabrera

ASSISTANT PASTOR

Andrew serves as the Pastor of All Things…in other words he does everything!  He leads the Worship Arts and Youth ministries, is part of the preaching team, and is one of the most creative and innovative people on staff.  He has a heart for authenticity in worship and doing church in ways people can understand the “whys’ of their faith.

Bernadette Jackson

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Bernadette is all about making sure things get done from start to finish. She has an uncanny ability to keep the entire staff on task, which is not an easy thing.  In addition, she does it all with humor, finesse, and lots of reminders when needed. She loves Jesus and exemplifies servant leadership in all she does.

Karl Westfall

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Karl is an ordained pastor who is a valued member of our preaching team and a gifted Bible teacher and expositor.  He utilizes his vast knowledge to teach church history and brings leadership to all things Wesleyan.  He also has a heart to see younger generations grow to their full potential by helping them grow in their knowledge of Christ.

Sharon Westfall

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Sharon is an ordained pastor who serves on our preaching team and in various roles in the church.  She is a mentor to women and has encouraged and helped countless people fulfill their call to formal pastoral ministry.  She is an accomplished theology teacher for students in the ordination track and brings a quiet wisdom to all she does.  

Jessica Morrison

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Jess oversees our Welcome Team and ensures every person who walks on this campus knows they are loved and seen by our God and us. She also loves to use her love for learning by leading studies and preaching. She has a heart for the underdog and believes in the power of prayer to change lives.

Edy Johnson

BOOKKEEPER

Edy does all things financial. She has an incredible knack for numbers and ensures all monies received are duly processed and accounted for. She also has a knack for solving tech issues for those staff who are a bit more tech-challenged.

Ron Snowden

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Ron is a long-time member and pastor who has spent years cultivating friendships, influencing for the cause of Christ, and teaching people at Sweetwater.  He uses his gifts of compassion, encouragement, and wisdom to guide and direct every person he encounters and in so doing blesses them. Whether from the pulpit to the classroom, he is a blessing!

Lauri O’Neil

CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR

Laurie is all about two things: Jesus and kids! She has a lifelong passion to help children understand at a young age the love of Jesus and form in them lifelong beliefs and habits that will carry them through adulthood.  She uses her child development degree to create hands on, developmentally appropriate activities that make kids want to come back.
